Job Title: AI ML Engineer
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Remote (India)
Type: Contract – Freelancer
Working Hours: 5-8 hours per day (Can become Full time)
Responsibilities:
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI (LLM, Voice AI) models.
- Integrate with Google Gemini, Vertex AI, and custom TTS.
- Collaborate with data engineers for ML pipelines & real-time processing.
- Optimize latency, scalability, and accuracy of voice/AI services.
- Research & implement new GenAI trends (RAG, embeddings, multimodal AI).
Requirements:
- 5+ years in ML/AI, with 2+ in Generative AI or Conversational AI.
- Experience with Gemini, GPT-style models, speech-to-text (STT), TTS.
- Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, HuggingFace.
- Experience in healthcare AI or regulated industries is a big plus.
Notes:
- Candidates need to use their personal laptop. No device will be provided.
- Payment will be made on Time & Material basis every month.
- Background check will be done before onboarding.
- 10% TDS will be deducted on payment and will be deposited against your PAN.
- Candidates need to be available to respond quickly during server downtime, emergencies, or critical issues.
- Candidates need to be comfortable to attend Client meetings at PST AM time & manage team coordination calls during IST day time.
